Dependent on the goals of the client. Generally incoming leads, engagement, % to close, traceable revenue.  - @johncloonan

KPIs depend on goal. If goal is reach new audience, then reach/engagement KPIs. If goal is drive leads/sales, conversion KPIs - @SaraBethMcP
